A Driffield couple whose newborn baby girl became one of the youngest ever organ donors are now helping to transform the way premature twins are cared for.

Ami and Liam Duggleby lost their daughter, Minnie, at just 23 days old - but allowed her kidneys to be used to save the life of a young adult.

The family has now raised £14,000 for a special cot at the Leeds neonatal unit to help twins bond.

It means premature twins will now no longer have to be cared for seperately at birth.

Today, the East Yorkshire couple are heading to Buckingham Palace for the Queen's garden party to be recognised for their work to raise awareness of organ donation.
