Manhunt for 38 people across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire
38 people are wanted on warrant across Hull and the East Riding, Scunthorpe and Grimsby areas.
Humberside Police asking people who are wanted on warrant to give themselves up before the festive season gets into full swing.
The force say those who fail to surrender themselves will be actively pursued until the matter is resolved, which could mean considerable disruption to both themselves and their families.
They may face being arrested at home in the midst of the festivities and may end up in our cells overnight or possibly even longer.
Mike Milner, Warrants Supervisor, said:
“We have had a tremendous response in relation to the Christmas “Name and Shame” campaign and are expanding it to include even more people across the Humberside area. In past campaigns many of the wanted people have taken our advice and have handed themselves in, allowing them to get their warrant sorted out before Christmas. With this in mind I’d urged this year’s wanted people to contact us as soon as possible and sort out their outstanding warrants.
“I would also urge members of the public to call us if they have any information about these people. They may be committing further offences which is why we are keen to track them down, arrest them and bring them before the courts. These people could live near you and your phone call could prevent further crime in your area. Any calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence and any information given will be looked into further, so don’t hesitate to call us."

Police officers across the UK are empowered to arrest anyone wanted on warrant, regardless of where they currently are in the country.”
