Man charged after fire at Hull property

A man has been charged, after a fire at a property in Hull on Saturday, 27 September 2025.

Gregg Pulford, 30, of Green Lane in Barrow upon Humber, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life and possession of class B cannabis.

He appeared at Hull Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday, 1 October), where he was remanded into custody, until his next appearance at a later date.

Police received a call at around 7am to reports that a man had allegedly set fire to the window and blinds of a property on De Grey Street.
