A man's been charged after reports of a serious sexual assault in Grimsby.
Police were called back in March.
34 year old Tyevon Bean of no fixed abode is accused of a number of offences.
They include rape, assault and committing an act with intent to pervert the course of public justice.
He appeared at Hull Magistrates Court yesterday morning
He's since been remanded into police custody until a later date.
