Campaign aims to get us to use firms from Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire for Xmas Shop
We're being urged to support small businesses by shopping locally today. It's Small Business Saturday which celebrates the UK's independent retailers in the run up to Christmas. It also comes as local authorities begin to offer free weekend parking for Christmas shoppers from today. It's to encourage more people to spend locally with people in Hull, the East Riding and North East Lincolnshire all benefitting.
