A man's appeared in court charged with over 60 offences in connection with the investigation into an East Yorkshire funeral directors.

Robert Bush, formerly of Kirk Ella is accused of 30 counts of preventing a lawful burial and 30 counts of fraud by false representation.

He's also charged with one count of fraudulent trading in relation to funeral plans and one count of fraud by false representation in relation to human ashes.

The 47-year-old was released on bail - and will next appear at Hull Crown Court on the 15th October, where he's expected to enter a plea.
