Inquiry starts into altercation involving Hull MEP
Mike Hookem has denied punching Steven Woolfe.
UKIP have started an inquiry into an altercation between Hull MEP Mike Hookem and his colleague Steven Woolfe.
It's alleged the pair clashed at the European parliament on Thursday after which Mr Woolfe collapsed and was hospitalised.
He has since recovered and was discharged from hospital on Sunday morning.
Mr Hookem denies punching his colleague.
UKIP say they will try and "establish the facts".
