Incentives For Mums-to-be That Smoke Could Help Them Quit
Shopping vouchers apparently help pregnant women give up for good.
A new study has found mums-to-be are more likely to quit smoking - if they're given cash incentives. Experts found things like like shopping vouchers were far more effective in getting expectant mums to kick the habit than if they were just offered traditional support on the NHS. Smoking during pregnancy costs the NHS up to 64 million pounds each year.
