Humber Bridge's new toll payment system is now live, though the app remains unavailable for the time being.

Drivers are asked to use the website to pay for crossings until the app issue is resolved. Account holders can log in, while non-account holders can create new accounts or pay as guests here .

Payments can also be made over the phone by calling the customer service team on 01482 235500. The team is available today from 8am to 6pm.

Drivers have the option to pay tolls at PayPoint stores starting today. Use this link to find your nearest store . Drivers are being asked to be patient with store staff, as the system is new at these locations.

For bridge crossings made over the weekend without sufficient account credit or any account at all, drivers must settle payments by midnight tomorrow, Tuesday 6th February 2026.

After this extended payment window, tolls will need to be paid by midnight the day after crossing. This applies to every day, including bank holidays.

Updates regarding the app will be shared once it becomes available. Further details and ongoing updates can be found on the Humber Bridge toll website.
