HULL SHOOTING: Man dies after being shot by Police

A man who was shot and tasered by Police in Hull yesterday has died.

The IPCC said that Police were responding to reports that the man had an Axe near to the Post Office on Holderness Road in Hull.

The man was shot and tasered and the 31 year old was taken to hospital in a critical condition.

The IPCC have launched an investigation into the incident. IPCC Associate Commissioner Tom Milsom said:

"Our thoughts are with the man’s friends and family and all affected at this very difficult time.”
