Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information in relation to the murder of 20 year-old Abdullah Balouchi in Hull.
An extensive investigation is ongoing by Humberside Police’s Major Crime Team into the murder on Peel Street in the city on Wednesday 7th October 2020. Three men and a 17 year-old boy have already charged and remanded into custody.
Detectives leading the investigation now want to speak to two men as part of their ongoing enquiry.
One of the men is 22 year-old Peter Balog from Scunthorpe and police recently appealed for help to find him but so far they've not been able to locate him.
They also want to identify and locate a second man who's believed to have been in the area at the time and may be able to assist with their enquiries.
Humberside Police Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Bob Clark, said:
“We are renewing our appeal for Mr Balog to come forward and for help to identify this second man. I would appeal for anyone who has information about either man’s whereabouts to get in touch.
“We want any information to keep coming in so please get in contact with anything you might know, even if you think it isn’t important. It could be crucial to us.”
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Peter Balog or the identity and whereabouts of the second man you are being urged to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or through the secure online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org.
Alternatively Humberside Police say you can provide information to them via the non-emergency number 101 or quoting log number 500 of 7 October or click here.
