Deaths of man and woman in Hull 'do not appear to be suspicious'

Police say the deaths of two people in the Kirk Ella area of Hull do not appear to be suspicious.

They were called out to reports of a concern for safety at Mill Lane around half past eleven on Monday morning.

They discovered a man and woman who had died in the house.

Their family have been informed and Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with their deaths.

The officer investigating the incident, Detective Inspector Matthew Grantham said:

“The cause of their deaths has not yet been confirmed and are currently being treated as unexplained, however do not appear to be suspicious.

“At this time, we are not looking for anyone else in connection with their deaths.

“Their family have been informed and are being supported by our officers at this difficult time.”
