Potentially very dangerous horse tranquilisers have been stolen from an East Yorkshire farm.

They were taken from a metal outbuilding on a farm in Owstwick near Hull last Thursday morning.

The medication is described as ACP horse tranquilisers which are little yellow tablets and around 50 of the tablets were in the bottle.

Consuming just one of the tablets could harm a person and police are appealing for them to be handed in.

Anyone finding the pills is asked to take them in to the nearest police station or pharmacy.
