Fleetwood Mac were forced to end a Nebraska concert an hour early after drummer Mick Fleetwood suddenly became ill.

Stevie Nicks told the 14,000-strong crowd at Lincoln’s Pinnacle Arena that Fleetwood, 67, was sick backstage before the end of the 90-minute gig.

A drum technician stood in for Fleetwood during 'Go Your Own Way', while Christine McVie played the piano and sang 'Songbird' with guitarist Lindsey Buckingham before the show ended.

Fleetwood Mac plan to perform their next scheduled show in Grand Rapids, Michigan, this Tuesday (20th January).
