EXCLUSIVE: Ed Sheeran performs incredible version of 'Castle On The Hill'

On the day of the release of Ed Sheeran's eagerly-awaited third album '÷' we were lucky enough to spend time with the man himself and get an exclusive stripped-back performance of his hit single ‘Castle On The Hill’.

Ed has had an incredible year already with a number one for 'Shape of You' as well as hitting number two with 'Castle on the Hill and ‘How Would You Feel (Paean)'. He was only kept off the top spot by his own single!

After receiving amazing praise from his fans just hours after the album landed, Ed took to Twitter to thank them for their support.

He wrote, 'So buzzed to see the reaction today. What's your favourite song guys? Lemme know x' (sic)

After dropping three tracks from the album before it had even been released , Ed surprised fans once more earlier in the week when he uploaded a live performance video of 'Eraser' to SB:TV.
