YouTuber Joe Sugg has become the dark horse of the competition after making it to the Strictly Come Dancing final with his partner Dianne Buswell. The 27-year-old, who is rumoured to be dating his Australian dance partner, is up against journalist Stacey Dooley, Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts and Steps star Faye Tozer in the final on Saturday (15th Dec).

And after promising to dye his hair bright red to match Dianne's if they made the final, Joe has fulfilled his vow - and debuted a shock of crimson hair on last night's episode of Strictly: It Takes Two (12th Dec).

People took to Twitter to share their shock over the fact that Joe had actually been true to his word. One wrote, 'Omg I didn’t expect Joe to actually dye his hair red!' as another added, 'I can’t get over the hair😂😂 loving the commitment' and one other tweeted, 'Joe is a man of his word and he somehow manages to pull off red hair...WOW.' sic

Piers Morgan

There's no doubt that controversial TV host Piers Morgan would get people talking on the show. But he's previously turned it down saying, "They've offered me vast sums of money to go and humiliate myself on national TV. But I prefer to do it with a bottle of Jack Daniel's in the privacy of my own home."

Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill

After her amazing success for Team GB at the Olympics, Strictly bosses were keen to get Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill on the show.

However, she turned it down, adding, "I've been asked to do it a few times and I love watching it, but I'm not sure. I would be terrible. I'm not ready for Strictly. I'll stick to my cycle and a bit of running here and there, I think."

Noel Edmonds

Former Deal or no Deal host Noel Edmonds turned down a slot on the show due to the famous 'Strictly curse'.

This comes after Joe and Dianne drove Strictly fans wild during one of their performances last weekend. The pair have already been the subject of dating rumours - which they've not done much about quashing - and during their Viennese Waltz, there were two occasions that saw the pair come very close to kissing.

Zoë Ball pointed this out during the interview, asking whether the pair would share a kiss on-screen at the end of their Showdance. She said, "You teased us twice on Saturday, it did not go unnoticed. Will the Showdance end in a kiss?"

The pair laughed nervously - but once again, didn't deny the rumours. Joe said, "This is very, very, accurate choreography, stopping it within an inch every time."

The Strictly Come Dancing final will air on BBC One on Saturday 15th December at 6.30pm.
