Marlon Dingle is in for a shock this Christmas as the surprise wedding that Jessie Grant has been planning for Sam Dingle is actually his own. Especially as the evening before, he and Sam stow away in a delivery lorry full of the Woolpack's booze – will they make it back to the venue in time?

After their mysterious reunion, Harriet Finch is desperate to get Dawn back to the safety of the village, and enlists Ryan Stock's help. But preoccupied with the task at hand, Ryan ends up missing Charity Dingle's surprise birthday party for him at the Woolpack.

Bernice Blackstock is having a terrible festive season as it coincides with the big five-oh – and she's certainly not aging gracefully.

After a car-crash birthday party where she's left terrified that Liam Cavanagh might guess her real age, Bernice attempts to turn back the clock by buying botox online.

But when Kerry Wyatt begins to inject it, it quickly becomes clear she's having an allergic reaction, and is rushed to hospital. Will she recover?
