Cash for Kids grant over £10,000 to local sick and disadvantaged children.

Cash for Kids held their Spring Grant Round and have distributed over £10,000 to help 6,472 local sick, deprived and disabled children in East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire. Cash for Kids have distributed funds to local charities, projects and families including When You Wish Upon a Star, St Andrew's Children's Hospice, Teenage Cancer Trust and Life for a Kid!

Charlotte Pickering, Charity Manager states "It's such an unbelieveable feeling to be in a position to help so many local children and worthy causes and projects. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Viking FM listeners and all local businesses and schools supporting our Superhero Day fundraiser this year"

Cash for Kids hold multiple grant rounds throughout the year responding to funding applications from charitable organisations and families in great need, specifically supporting sick, disabled and disadvantaged children in East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.
