The 47-year-old actress began by doing all the moves in her stilettos as she was joined by the show's host Jimmy Fallon. However he quickly lost the rhythm and tried to escape behind his desk.
That didn't put off Renée thought as she explained, "if you do a good kick it doesn't matter how the cheer goes".
So off came her heels,
"this is going to get serious" she joked, while Jimmy remarked, "this is the real deal!"
Renée then showed off an impressive high kick, which Jimmy made a good attempt at copying although after he admitted after his might have pulled a muscle!
