Kim Kardashian jokes to Bruce Jenner 'Don’t steal my glam team!'
She speaks openly about her stepfather on Jimmy Kimmel Live
Kim Kardashian appeared on US chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and spoke openly about her stepfather Bruce Jenner’s gender transition.
Last week, 65-year-old Olympic gold medallist Bruce finally confirmed the rumours that he’s becoming a woman in an exclusive interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer.
Since then there has been an outpouring of support from Bruce’s family, with Kim tweeting at the time: “Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce. #ProudDaughter”
Updating fans about Bruce, Kim told Jimmy Kimmel: "He is so happy. I think it's a sense of relief from all of the amazing support he's felt.
“It's a really brave thing to come out and be so truthful and to have all of that support. It's meant the world to him and our family."
She then joked: "I said, 'The only thing is, whatever you do, do not steal my glam team!'"
In a separate interview with Diane Sawyer, Kim said she’s offering Bruce plenty of fashion advice: "I said, 'Whatever help you need, you need to look and feel your best, and if you need anything, style-wise, glam-wise, I'm here to help you.'"
Bruce was married to Kim’s mum Kris Jenner from 1991 until their divorce was finalised last month.
