Take That frontman Gary Barlow shared a picture of his weight loss with a gym selfie and fans loved it.
Gary has in spoken openly about his weight struggles after he went solo and before Take That got back together again.
His fans were quick to praise the results of his hard work in the gym and healthy eating.
Gary will be touring in 2017 with bandmates Howard Donald and Mark Owen with support from All Saints.
