Man charged in connection with murder in Burbage

A 22-year-old man is due in court in Leicester today (05/03) after being charged with murder.
It's in connection with the death of a woman over the weekend.
Police say they were called to The Coppice in Burbage on Sunday (03/03) to an incident where a woman died.
We're told the woman was in her 50s, although she's yet to be formally identified.
The 22-year-old has been charged with murder and possessing a bladed article.
