Four charged with drugs offences in Derbyshire
Police made searches at properties on Thursday
Four people have been charged with drugs offences following a series of warrants in Derbyshire.
Police executed the warrants at properties on Sough Road at South Normanton, Sudbury Drive in Huthwaite and Wagstaff Lane at Jacksdale on Thursday 13 June.
A number of phones were seized, along with a small amount of suspected Cannabis.
Four men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences and were taken into custody where they were questioned.
Alfie Poole, 24, of Kingsley Crescent, Stonebroom, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Cocaine.
Zachary Ortton, 18, of Sudbury Drive, Huthwaite, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Cocaine.
Sasha Hopkinson, 33, of Sough Road, South Normanton, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Cocaine and for holding a person in slavery.
Lee Fazakerely, 20, of Wagstaff Lane, Jacksdale, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Cocaine.
They all appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court today, Friday 14 June where Poole, Hopkinson and Fazakerely were remanded into custody. Ortton was granted bail by the court.
A 29-year-old man arrested who was also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a Class A in connection with the warrants has been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
