Man arrested in Cairnryan for having more than half a million pounds worth of drugs
Police recovered around 51kg of cannabis from the vehicle.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery of more than £510,000 worth of drugs.
Officers, including a police dog searched the vehicle around 6.30am on Monday, 5th February at Loch Ryan Port in Cairnryan and found nearly 51kg of cannabis.
The man is to appear at Stranraer Sheriff Court today and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
