Man arrested and charged after police seized drugs in Cairnryan
The cannabis has a potential street value of £1.1 million.
A 32-year-old man is to appear in Stranraer Sheriff Court today following his arrest in Cairnryan on Wednesday, 7 February.
Police stopped his car at Loch Ryan Port and recovered a significant quantity of cannabis that has an estimated street value of £1.1 million.
Police Scotland have said in a statement that they’re “committed to removing illegal substances from our communities and will take all measures to disrupt those involved.
