Body found in the Elvanfoot area

The body of a 33-year-old man was found in the Elvanfoot area on Wednesday, 11 December.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “His death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

“A police presence will remain in the area while the investigation is ongoing.”
