A former tea room and vintage shop in Wimborne could soon become a brewery, with a shop attached.

An application has been submitted to Dorset Council for a vacant unit on the Stone Lane Industrial Estate.

It'll be used by the Eight Arch Brewing Company, who are looking to relocate from another unit on the same industrial estate.

The site was previously used to sell second-hand furniture, collectables and also had a tea room.

If approved, the site would have an alcohol licence for 8.00am and 12.30am, Monday to Sunday.

That license is needed for off-premises sales of beers.

A Tap Room will be open to drinkers on Fridays from 3.00pm till 8.00pm.

Public comments on the plans can be given in to Dorset Council until 23rd March.
