A spokesperson for Weymouth & Portland Police said:

"A number of visits were made to see residents, many of which are elderly to provide advice and reassurance. Aster Housing will also be looking to repair a number of street lights and a section of fencing to try and prevent further issues in the area.

"We will be increasing patrols and are making enquires to try and identify those responsible.

"We also conducted foot patrol in the area of Southill Garden Drive in response to recent reports of anti-social behaviour. Regular patrols will continue.

"Please remember to report anti-social behaviour to us so we can take action and direct our patrols accordingly."
