Weymouth Police have secured a closure order for a property in the town, after complaints from residents about anti-social behaviour.

The order was granted by Weymouth Magistrates on Wednesday (27th July), banning people from entering the address for the next three months.

Only employees from Magna Housing Association, or police, are allowed in.

The resident there will have to find alternative accommodation.

Anyone found inside the property during the closure period could be arrested.

Officers say the order was needed due to 'persistent anti-social behaviour' and the 'risks to young people'.
