Police in Weymouth have seized suspected ketamine during patrols for the last of this year's summer fireworks displays.

Officers searched a person close to the Kings Statue on Bank Holiday Monday (26th August).

Through the evening, they also dealt with reports of a drugs overdose, and a mental health concern.

Three drink drivers were reported too, and youths spoken to about anti-social behaviour at the Pavilion.

A member of the public also gave officers a tool box which was found underneath a car in Crescent Street.
