Weymouth FC are on the brink of relegation from the National League ahead of their crunch match against Wrexham tonight (Tuesday 26th April).

The Terras host the Welsh side at the Bob Lucas Stadium with their drop set to be confirmed, if results do not go their way.

Weymouth sit 13 points adrift of safety with just five games to play, meaning a defeat would seal their fate.

This comes after Saturday's 3-1 away defeat to Notts County where Tom Bearwish's goal was not enough to take any points.

The club have confirmed that the game tonight will be streamed live online.

Weymouth attacker Brandon Goodship could again remain on the side-lines for the game having missed the last two matches. This will mean that responsibility will continue to fall on captain Josh McQuoid, who has scored six goals in the National League this term.

In contrast, the visitors are eyeing automatic promotion as they sit second in the table, 7 points behind leaders Stockport.

With a late resurgence for survival seeming unlikely for Weymouth, the visitors are heavy favourites to get the 3 points to help with their own push for promotion and send The Terras out of the National league for this season.
