Heavy rain on way for Dorset
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning
We are warned of heavy rain on Wednesday (20 January) with the Met Office issuing a yellow alert.
It is in place for all of Wednesday from after midnight through to midday on Thursday (21 January).
The warning covers Dorset as well as the whole of the south of England.
The downpours could be accompanied by stronger winds.
Up to 50mm could fall, with a risk of flooding and disruption to travel.
