Volunteers needed to help marshal vaccine roll-out in Dorchester

Volunteers are needed to help a Dorchester clinic with it’s COVID-19 vaccine drive.

Atrium Health Centre near Brewery Square needs marshals from tomorrow to help usher people through and make sure they stick to COVID-19 guidelines.

They’re needed from tomorrow (16th January) full training and PPE will be provided for anyone who wants to help.

General tasks that volunteers are needed for include:

• Directing traffic in the car park and across the road

• Welcoming and sign posting people into the waiting area

• Reminding people of social distancing guidelines

• Ensuring face coverings are worn

• Directing people to hand sanitising stations

• Generally assisting staff to ensure that the clinic runs as smoothly as possible
