Dorset Police are treating it as criminal damage

The window of a van has been smashed on a residential street on Portland.

Dorset Police received a call from Park Estate Road at around 9.00pm on Friday night (24th March).

They've confirmed the incident is being treating as criminal damage.

PC Billy Taylor, of Portland Neighbourhood Policing Team, said:

“We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and will be conducting CCTV and house-to-house trawls of the area.

“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed what happened, or saw or heard suspicious activity in the vicinity, to please contact Dorset Police.”
