Two people taken to hospital following Harman's Cross crash

The A351 was closed for around three hours

Two people have been taken to hospital following a two vehicle collision on the A351 at Harman's Cross.

It happened on Valley Road just before 10.00am this morning (Tuesday 25th July.

Firefighters from Swanage, Wareham and Poole were called out to the scene.

They needed to use hydraulic cutting equipment to take the roofs off both vehicles, to help get casualties out.

Dorset Police say they don't have any further details about the injuries suffered at this time.

The vehicles have now been recovered and debris cleared from the road by Dorset Council.

The road reopened at around 1.30pm.
