Jewellery and watches stolen after two men force their way into Poole home

Two men have forced their way into a property in Poole, stealing jewellery and watches.
Dorset Police received a report at 1.43pm on Tuesday (21 February) of an aggravated burglary that had occurred in Chaddesley Glen, Poole.
It was reported that two men had forced their way into a property before threatening and assaulting two occupants.
The victims did not sustain any serious injuries. A quantity of jewellery and watches were allegedly stolen.
Descriptions
One of the men involved is described as being around six feet three inches tall and of slim build. He was wearing a face covering and a black baseball cap.
The other man is described as being around five feet ten inches tall with a ginger beard and tanned skin. He was carrying a large brown bag and a Louis Vuitton bag with a shoulder strap.
Following fast-time enquires by officers in the area, a blue Volkswagen Golf R32 believed to be linked to the incident was located in Lilliput Road at around 3.15pm the same day.
Arrest
Further investigative work was carried out and a 31-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary. He was subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Inspector Shaun Inkpen, of Bournemouth CID, said: “Our investigation remains ongoing, and I am appealing to any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our enquiries to please come forward.
“I would like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or a vehicle matching the description given in the vicinity of Chaddesly Glen, Haven Road, Lilliput Road or the wider Canford Cliffs area between around 1.45pm and 3.15pm on Tuesday 21 February 2023.
“I would also ask residents with home CCTV or doorbell cameras, as well as motorists with dashcam who were in the area, to please check their footage for anything that might assist our enquiries.”
