Tributes paid to man who died in collision

Tributes have been paid by the family of a man who sadly died in a road traffic collision in North Dorset.

At around 9:30am on Tuesday of a single-vehicle collision involving a grey BMW on the A357 Cook’s Lane near Spire Hill Farm in the Stalbridge area.

28-year-old Edward Pass, known as Ed, from the local area – was pronounced dead at the scene.

The family of Ed has issued the following statement:“Loving son of Caroline and David, brother to Sam and Jim, partner to Hayley, brother-in-law to Charlie and Lottie, adored uncle and loved grandson. Ed was the most loving and kind-hearted man who would do anything for anyone. Rest in peace."
