Teenager suffers broken jaw in Poole festival assault

A teenager's suffered a broken jaw and nerve damage in an assault at a festival in Poole.

The 19 year old victim from Bournemouth was attacked at the Harbourside Festival in Baiter Park at around 10.30pm last Saturday night (29th July).

Dorset Police tell us a local man in his 20s has been arrested, on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm.

He's been released under investigation.

There's an ongoing appeal for any witnesses to the incident to speak to officers.
