Teenager assaulted at Bridport skate park

The victim was dragged off one of the ramps

An 18 year old man has been left with facial injuries after being assaulted at a Bridport skate park.

The victim was at the Tannery Road park with friends at around 5.30pm on Friday evening (22nd April) when this happened.

He was approached by a group of three young men, who then dragged the teenager off one of the ramps, and sustained injuries to his face.

PC Dan White, of West Dorset police, said:

“I am appealing to any witnesses who were at the skate park and have not already spoken to police to please get in touch.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone with information about who was responsible for this incident.”
