Teenager arrested in Weymouth on suspicion of possession of a firearm
A 17-year-old boy is being questioned in connection with gun shots being fired at two teenagers in Birmingham
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in Weymouth on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent.
West Midlands Police have told Greatest Hits Radio Dorset he was detained in connection with gun shots being fired towards two teenagers in Edwards Road, Erdington, Birmingham, on Monday (28 February) afternoon.
He was reportedly detained by armed officers in the area of Abbotsbury Road last night.
West Midlands Police say he is currently in police custody in the West Midlands for questioning.
A 24-year-old man was also detained on suspicion of assisting an offender and also taken into custody.
