Plucky thieves have stolen a surveillance camera in Shaftesbury.

The camera, worth £200, was stolen from under a bridge in Swans Yard at around 3.20am on Saturday 28 May 2022.

Police have now issued images of two men they would like to identify.

Police Community Support Investigator Kayleigh Hole, of North Dorset police, said: “We have been carrying out enquiries into this theft and I am now in a position to issue CCTV images of two people we are looking to identify.

“I appreciate their faces cannot be clearly seen but I am hoping someone may recognise them from the clothing they are wearing, or it may help jog the memory of anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area that night.”
