Shipping containers burgled in Corfe Mullen

Three shipping containers have been broken into, on land in Corfe Mullen.

They were burgled between 1.00 and 1.20am last Wednesday (4th January), off Beacon Hill Lane.

A leafblower, telescopic pole pruner and three brushcutters, all from the Stihl brand, were stolen.

Police Community Support Investigator Matt Barton, of Dorset Police, said:

“I am appealing for anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area around the relevant time to please come forward.

“Also, I would like to hear from anyone who may been offered any of the items described for sale locally in unusual circumstances.”
