Shaftesbury man suffers a serious head injury in a collision

An appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage after a man suffers a serious head injury in a collision in north Dorset.
The Shaftesbury man in his thirties was taken to hospital after emergency services were called to Chapel Road in Bagber in the early hours of Sunday.
Police say the collision involved just one vehicle - a black and silver Mitsubishi L200 pick-up truck.
"I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened to please get in touch.
“I would also urge any motorists who were driving in the vicinity and may have captured the incident, or manner of driving of the vehicle prior to the collision, to please come forward.”
