Safety concerns raised over lack of street lights along Portland Beach Road
Weymouth and Portland Police say they have asked for repairs to be carried out as soon as possible
Safety concerns have been raised about the current lack of street lighting on Portland Beach Road.
It's thought to be due to a fault with an underground cable.
A spokesperson for Weymouth and Portland Police said:
" We have asked for the repairs to be carried out as a priority.
"We have been informed that there is a possible underground cable fault, and the repairs will begin as soon as possible."
