Renewed appeal to find missing man from Weymouth

New images of 25 year Joe Clements have been released by Dorset Police

There's a renewed appeal to trace a missing man from Weymouth, a week after he was last seen.

25 year old Joe Clements was last seen by family at around 11.00am on Tuesday 20th June.

It's believed he went to Chesil Beach area on Portland that night, but not been heard from since.

Joe's described as:

  • White
  • Five feet nine inches tall
  • Slim build
  • Brown hair

New images of Joe have been released as part of a renewed appeal for information.

Chief Inspector Andy Edwards, of Dorset Police, said:

“It has been a week since Joe was last seen and we are continuing to do all we can to locate them. Officers are also keeping Joe’s family updated with any developments.

“I am making a renewed appeal for information from anyone who may have seen Joe, or someone matching the description given, in the area of Chesil Beach on the night of Tuesday 20 June into the early hours of Wednesday 21 June 2023. Joe was believed to have travelled to Portland in a grey Kia Sportage.

“We are also issuing new images of Joe in the hope that it might assist anyone who may have seen them in the area.”
