Power tool stolen from building site on Portland

Dorset Police are appealing for more information

The break-in happened overnight between Wednesday 27 October and Thursday 28th October 2021 on a Betterment Properties development site on Pennsylvania Road on portland.

Access was forced to an office and a Stihl 410 power saw with the initials LCW or LW on the side was stolen.

Police Constable Chris Kingsbury, of Weymouth and Portland police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area between the relevant times to please get in touch.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who has seen a saw matching the description given being offered for sale locally to please contact Dorset Police.”
