Police respond after reported sightings of males with catapult in Dorchester
Two males with a catapult were reportedly seen around the Maud Road area
Police responded yesterday after reports of two males seen with a catapult in Dorchester.
The sighting was in the area of Maud Road.
Officers carried out searches.
Two boys aged 15 and 16 were detained in Borough Gardens.
A quantity of Class B drugs were located.
A spokesperson for Dorchester Police said:
"The 15 year old and 16 year old local males, are assisting officers with their enquiries.
"We would like to thank the members of public who reported the incident to us."
