Police investigate two incidents of indecent exposure in Dorchester
Police think they may be linked

Police are investigating two incidents of indecent exposure in Dorchester which they believe may be linked.
The first incident happened between 10.55pm and 11pm last Tuesday (1 March) in Poundbury Crescent. It is reported that a man was seen performing an indecent act in the area.
The second incident happened two days later between around 6.15pm and 6.30pm on Thursday (3 March). It was reported that a woman was walking in the vicinity of an alleyway on Damers Road leading to The Thomas Hardye School when she noticed a man coming toward her exposing himself. He did not speak to the woman and continued to walk past her.
Description
The woman described the man as white, aged between 30 and 35 years old and around five feet eight inches tall with short blonde shaggy hair. He was wearing an orange Softshell jacket, dark-coloured trousers and dark shoes.
Police appeal
Police Constable Dave Ash, of West Dorset police, said: “Due to the close proximity of the two incidents, we are treating them as linked.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed either incident, or recognises the man from the description given, to please get in touch.
“I would ask motorists and local residents to please check their dashcams and home CCTV systems for the relevant time periods for any footage to help my investigation.
“Local officers can be approached by any member of the public with any concerns or information.”
