Police appeal after pedestrian injured following fail to stop collision
A fail-to-stop road traffic collision is reported to have happened in Bournemouth earlier.
Dorset Police received a report just before 3:30pm, of a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in Kinson Road.
The pedestrian, a woman aged in her 60s, was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were believed to be serious but not life-threatening.
Sergeant Gareth Thomas, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are carrying out a detailed examination to establish the full circumstances of this collision and I would urge any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please get in touch.
“I would also urge anyone who may have captured any relevant dashcam footage to please contact us."
