Police appeal: Assault and criminal damage in Poole

Dorset Police are investigating an assault and criminal damage at a bar in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward – with CCTV images being released.

The incident happened at around 11.30pm on Friday 9 December 2022 in Camden Bar in Bournemouth Road.

Officers say following an argument between two groups, a 27-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man as well as a member of staff were assaulted.

Also, damage was caused to a table and glasses were broken.

Police say the suspects then left the scene on the number M1 bus toward Bournemouth.

Police Constable Elizabeth Johnson-Byrnes, of Poole police, said: “Following my initial investigation, I am now in a position to release CCTV images of four people I would like to identify.

“I am aware that the images are of very poor quality, but unfortunately these are all we have available. I am hoping that they will still enable somebody to recognise those pictured and I would ask anyone who does to please come forward.”
